What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is accepted via PayPal.
Will I pay sales tax on my order?
​
Texas state sales tax is charged at a rate of 8.25% for any wreaths shipped to a Texas address.
Can I place a custom order?
​
Custom orders must be paid for up front. A picture will be sent for approval and any final changes before the wreath is mailed.
Custom orders are usually completed within 1-2 weeks. If you require a custom wreath in less than 7 days, an additional $20 expedite fee will be added to your order.
How are wreaths shipped?

All wreaths are shipped USPS unless agreed upon otherwise. Items can be shipped UPS if arranged prior to invoicing. Shipping charges may be more expensive through UPS.
If purchasing two or more wreaths, shipping costs can not be combined as each wreath is sent in its own box to prevent damage.
Shipping charges are for Shipping AND Handling - it includes the price of the box and any packing material plus the cost for the actual shipping. I will ship USPS Priority Mail UNLESS the price of Priority exceeds the shipping costs you paid. In those cases, the box will ship USPS Parcel Ground. Please email me at circlemdecor@gmail.com if you would like to upgrade your shipping. These additional shipping cost will be invoiced separately.
When are wreaths shipped?

Orders are shipped upon completion, Monday through Fridays.
Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud. Please double-check your information before completing your order.

What is the refund policy?
​
All sales are final. However, if by some chance your wreath is damaged in shipping please contact me within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. You may return the wreath in its original box and exchange it for another of equal value.
